Live Arrival Guarantee (L.A.G.) Policy

At iSellBugs, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality feeder insects. We guarantee that your order will arrive alive and in good condition when shipped according to our guidelines.

Coverage Requirements  
To qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- Someone must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
- Orders must be shipped to a valid, deliverable address.
- The customer must select appropriate shipping options based on weather conditions (we may delay shipments if conditions are unsafe).
- Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery confirmation.

Reporting an Issue  
In the rare case that your insects arrive DOA (Dead on Arrival):
1. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
2. Provide clear photos of:
   - The insects in the original container
   - The shipping box and label
3. Photos must be unedited and clearly show the condition upon arrival.

Resolution Options  
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement shipment (customer may cover shipping)
- Store credit for the value of the loss

What is Not Covered
Our Live Arrival Guarantee does not cover:
- Delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Packages left outside after delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Orders where no one was available to receive the package
- Losses due to extreme weather when the customer insists on shipping
- Minor losses (a small percentage of loss is normal in live insect shipping)

Weather Policy  
We closely monitor temperatures. If conditions are too hot or cold, we may:
- Hold your order until it is safe to ship
- Recommend upgraded shipping or a hold-for-pickup option

Shipping Days  
We typically ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the following week to ensure safe arrival.
